There is no freedom without inquiry.

The discomfort of interrogating our reality will not destroy us, even when it destroys our tightly grasped ideas of who we are… and it will. We are not our ideas about ourselves. (Want proof? Go ask someone who doesn’t like you).

To the ego/identity, the discomfort of inquiry can mean only one thing: annihilation. But to the soul, discomfort and liberation are inseparable. There is no freedom without inquiry.

What a riot the human experience is, living in this body that houses both ego and soul. We get to choose which one will do its work in this world through us. We get to choose which one will touch the lives of the other humans we encounter.

Which one is creating your legacy right now?

Question everything.
